“This was a feel good story about single mom, Sunny, who is the activities director for an apartment building for older people. The building is unexpectedly sold when the previous owners are killed in an accident. Adam, an employee of the buying agency comes to their small town in Alaska to develop a plan to make the property profitable. This proves to be a very challenging task, once Adam gets to know Sunny, her daughter and the residents. Set during Thanksgiving, this is a sweet story that was a delight to read.”
