Alford creates intense scenarios with interesting characters. The twists are numerous and sometimes jaw dropping, and you don’t see them coming until after they appear. And it always makes sense and fits the narrative perfectly.
I love twisty thrillers and Alford always delivers. I can honestly say I did not see that reveal coming until seconds before the killer was unmasked. Heartbreaking and intense!
