New York Times and USA Today Bestselling Author Shelley Shepard Gray
When the foster parents they’ve cautiously grown to love discover they’re expecting, orphaned Roy and Jemima Fisher, ages six and seven, are secretly devastated by the certainty they’ll be given up. With Christmas around the corner, their only wish is for new foster parents as nice as Mr. and Mrs. Kurtz. Meanwhile, the Kurtzes have wishes of their own—and with faith, they all may be gifted with twice the blessings . . .

And when Elizabeth donates her handmade baby clothes to New Beginnings, a home for teen moms, she soon finds her gifts repaid beyond measure, with Luke’s love—and new beginnings of their own . . .

Amish Christmas Twins Reviews

4.0
“This book included three great stories of what Christmas is really about. In "The Christmas Not-Wish", the Kurtzes take in foster children Jemima and Roy. These children are only looking for a loving forever home, but when they learn that The Kurtzes are expecting their own child, the children fear they will once again be given up on. They don't realize that The Kurtzes have more than enough love to give to them and the twins they are expecting. In "New Beginnings", Elizabeth Yoder endures the worst heartache of trying to get through the holiday while missing her deceased husband and the unborn child she lost. With the help of her husband's friend, Luke, Elizabeth begins to come to terms with her grief and takes steps towards her future. In "Twins Times Two", Jube takes on the task of teaching two sets of twins what Amish life is all about. These boys must face their punishment and help Jube with his farm. In the process, they realize the joy that comes with giving to others.”
