“Uh...wow. It has been a while since I had to just stare into space after finishing a book. I...I don't even know what to say. I hated this. I loved every single page. I haven't ever switched my opinion on characters as fast as I was switching my opinion on multiple characters in this book. There was a single word—a SINGLE WORD—that made me lose so much respect for a character I'd absolutely adored. I don't know if that was Sullivan's goal, but... 🤷♀️ I still like that character, but significantly less than I did previously.
I also cried. Hard. And the reason for my tears kept getting dragged out, so I'd cry, compose myself, and then start crying again within a matter of pages.
Well, I'm going to try and sleep now. I'll probably just end up staring at the ceiling, completely numb and empty and also delighted for reasons I can neither understand nor articulate.

“Not the ending I was expecting. I'm a little mad and sad for the sake of this characters. Still, I'm curious to see in the next installmeng if this sacrifices made (characters death's), were worth it 😔.”
