Together, Eunice and Polly fashion a case utilizing a network of women. “I really love how Victoria Christopher Murray always writes about unsung heroes…Black women the world seems to have forgotten about.
Eunice and Polly were such an interesting pair, and even though their partnership was fictional, knowing that the details from their personal lives were true made the story even more compelling.
Then there's Lucky. I love a good mobster movie, so realizing this book was about his takedown made me even more excited to dive in. It was such a great read!”
