“another book from Kody 🩷 she's my go-to author whenever I am in a reading slump and this was a great read ✨
☞ It has all the summer vibes in one book 🍦🌞👙 and although it's more of a small town summer read, you can just feel the vibes going around these characters lives
☞ the romance aspect in this book is a bit taboo as most would say & think, but Whitley & Nathan seems like has a good plan after all. I mean, they're both adults and not related....
☞ I appreciate the cameo of Bianca & Wesley from ‘The Duff’ 👀
☞ overall rating would be 4/5 as the down point would only be the relationship where I am still iffy about it 🥴🥴”About Kody Keplinger
Kody Keplinger was born and raised in a small Kentucky town. She wrote her first novel, The DUFF (Designated Ugly Fat Friend), during her senior year of high school. The DUFF was a YALSA Top Ten Quick Pick for Reluctant Readers and a Romantic Times Top Pick. Since then, Kody has written two more young adult novels, Shut Out and A Midsummer's Nightmare, and a middle grade novel, The Swift Boys & Me. She is the cofounder of Disability in Kidlit, a website devoted to the representation of disability in children's literature.
