“I could not finish this book and I was originally planning to return to it but I have changed my mind. I think the pacing is what really made it such a difficult read for me.”

“Honestly I can’t give much feedback. I made it 11 chapters and pulled the plug.
I can say I felt it a bit overly trope worthy, characters felt overly done and though I feel it’s mostly me kinda not feeling dystopian reads as of late. With the right reader this story may mesh better.”
About Claire North
Claire North is a pseudonym for Catherine Webb, a Carnegie Medal-nominated author whose first book was written when she was just fourteen years old. She went on to write several other novels in various genres, before publishing her first major work as Claire North, The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August, in 2014.
