The National Book Awards winners for 2024 have just been unveiled! I’ve only read one of them so far, but I might have to add a few to my WTR list before the end of the year.Novelist Lauren Groff led the jury that chose the Fiction winner, and her speech has stuck with me all day: "I believe that art is the refinements of all that is good and noble and worthy in humanity," she said.
