Bio
Parker Bauman is an immigration attorney representing asylum-seekers in the U.S. Immigration Courts and at U.S. Asylum Offices. She has a particular passion for domestic violence survivors from other countries. This is her first novel. A former board member of the Connecticut Poetry Society, her poetry has been published internationally and locally in several print and online journals and anthologies. She lives with her husband, two sons, one big black dog, a fat orange cat, and one red-eared slider in West Hartford, Connecticut and New Orleans, Louisiana.
