DANIEL BAKER spent 25 years with the Dayton, Ohio Police as Commander of the Violent Crime Bureau and Hostage Negotiation Team. He also spent eighteen years as Director/Senior Manager, Nuclear Safeguards and Security at DOE/NNSA sites: Mound Lab-Ohio, Hanford Site-Richland, WA. and Y-12 at Oak Ridge, TN. Baker has also served as Executive Director, University of Tennessee Law Enforcement Innovation Center/National Forensic Academy. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton, BS/MS.
