Charles Bukowski one of America’s best-known writers of poetry and prose, was born in Andernach, Germany in 1920 to an American soldier father and a German mother. Bukowski lived in Los Angeles for fifty years. He died in San Pedro, California, in 1994, shortly after completing his last novel, Pulp.Charles Bukowski Books
