Anand Dilvar's lifelong fascination with the techniques for personal growth has led him to more than 18 countries around the world, where he has visited and spoken with many spiritual teachers. He is the founder of the Vision Quest Center in Valle Bravo, Mexico, a meditation centre where he has run retreats and seminars for over 15 years. Anand's teachings are not aligned to any particular religion or tradition. He writes with an engaging simplicity in the manner ofthe great spiritual masters of the past.
